He's short and small but that makes him stand out even more - I think it actually gives him the vibes of someone who can fight the whole world and win. He's someone the others can count on, but doesn't even try to make things look better than they really are by covering them with roses and pink hearts. Not only is he a good leader, but Levi also cares for his troops. Sure, his method was a bit violent, but it was necessary to keep Eren alive and to get the judge to allow him the chance to prove himself before further decisions were made.
